Gli studenti e le studentesse dell'Università di Siena, dopo una partecipata assemblea (circa 1500 persone) hanno deciso di utilizzare il palazzo del rettorato dell'università di Siena come base permanente per manifestare la loro contrarietà alla legge 133/2008. I contenuti della legge rispecchiano la volontà del governo di dismettere il sistema d'istruzione pubblico italiano, già profondamente compromesso dai tagli delle precedenti finanziarie, the reorganization of the educational and progressive precariousness of weak components of the academic community.
